922 – Christianity

From MysteryTramp this afternoon…

To elaborate a bit on the question at TKIN on whether or not Christianity is real, I think that within the work of the Beatles and the sixties/seventies you have a precognition that is taking place, that is pointing towards the principles of Romans 9:22 and James 1:13 as the justification on how this can occur.

This presumes that because God is good and can have nothing to do with sin, if He carries out an agenda in which a person is tagged 922, like Judas or my theory regarding John Lennon, then demonic activity is required to carry out this script.

Where the honest question arises isn’t as much about whether there is legitimate spirit activity taking place to me as it is about whether there is a possibility of more ambiguous spirits that are attempting to use biblical principles as an excuse for their manipulation of events; whether the Bible was a book written via temptation through spirits that were attempting to regulate human behavior through a hoax of good and evil, of Heaven and Hell.

God’s principles as defined in the Old Testament do not match Jesus’ principles; and in fact Jesus principles seem to contradict God’s own behavior. But that doesn’t make Jesus right and God wrong, and in part this sense of Jesus carrying out a script was what the Passover Plot was about.

The key encounter relating to Jesus comes in Matthew 12.

22Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw. 23And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David? 24But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.

25And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: 26And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? 27And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. 28But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. 29Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

30He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

31Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

Jesus does not understand that for a demon to leave one person to perpetuate a hoax on the entire human race would not only be smart, but brilliant. A demon leaves one guy to make the impression that Jesus is the Son of God. That would be a pretty clever thing for a demon to do, in fact it would be a pretty clever thing for two demons to do in cahoots if they wanted to change the existing laws to make things more advantageous for them. Wouldn’t it?

But then what’s worse is that Jesus follows this up with a threat: If you blaspheme against the spirit you will never be forgiven. In other words, if you call the Holy Spirit a demon you will never be forgiven.

Why would that be? It seems like bullying. First why would the Holy Spirit be against honest evaluation? Second, why does this threat come right on the heels of the question as to whether Satan would cast out Satan, when looking at the big picture Satan casting out Satan makes perfect sense to perpetuate a hoax?

When I was a teenager I saw John Todd and Mike Warnke speak in Pentecostal Churches, where Holy Spirit filled Christians were lifting their hands up in praise and speaking their Hallelujahs while they were being lied to by these guys. No one stopped their praise at the moment they were lied to, no one knew any better until years later. No Holy Spirit filled Christian spoke up and busted them for their stories being false.

Apparently, Jesus didn’t foresee any of this in his answer.

That doesn’t mean Christianity is false, it does lead to healthy questions though. This is what John and Paul and the Beatles were into in 1966 when they first have to backtrack on an assertion John was completely right about regarding the Beatles and Christianity. And to make it worse, they are catering to a portion of the United States still engaging in racism while sitting in Church every Sunday.

Does that seem like the sort of thing that a John Lennon would just let slide? You’re burning our records for me being honest but your football team is still all white?

This may have an awful lot to do with how PID started…

But the possibility of a hoax relating to Matthew might also, because ambiguous spirits absolutely would be quite capable of carrying out a hoax to make something seem like a good vs. evil battle when in fact the same team may be playing both sides of the equation…
